• Is there direct Check In?
  

You will hand your Rental Voucher over to the Security Guardhouse for access to the Windsor Hills Resort. Once you have received your entry pass into the Resort, you can check in directly to our Condo.

• What time is check in?

Check in time is anytime after 4:00PM on the day of your arrival.

• Will I be able to check in early?

Depending on the availability of your check in day. This must be prearranged with us and there may be a small fee. Appropriate time must be given to the cleaners to prepare the Condo for your arrival day, and for Property Management to clear for your arrival.

• Will I be able to check in late?

Check in may be anytime after 4:00PM on the day of your arrival.

• What time is check out?
  

Check out anytime prior to 10:00AM.

• Will I be able to check out late?
  

​Depending on the availability of your check out day. This must be prearranged with us and there may be a small fee. Appropriate time must be given to the cleaners to prepare the Condo for the next arriving Guests.

• Can I check out directly from the Condo?

Yes - the Condo uses a keyless entry system.

• Will I need to leave a Security Deposit for my stay at the Condo?
  

Yes - US$ 250.00 (Booking) Security Deposit will be due as soon as the invoice is originated. This will be returned to you after your vacation, if no damages. (This is also be stated in our Terms & Conditions).

• Who to contact in event of a problem?
  

Our Property Management Team will deal with any problems that may arise.

• Are pets allowed?

Sorry - no pets are allowed in our Condo - our Condo must be allergy free.

• Is smoking allowed?

There is a no-smoking policy within the Condo Buildings, including the balconies.

• Will there be food provided?

No - this is a self-catering Condo. There is the "Market Place and Grill" sundry shop near the pool and clubhouse, which stocks basic food item such as milk, eggs, bread, juice and water. The Market Place is open from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm and also has wine, beer and a food menu. Alternatively, there is a large Walmart and Target nearby.

• Are linens provided?

All linens, towels & pool towels are provided.

• Will I receive a Rental Contract?

​Yes - you will receive the initial Rental Contract stating a breakdown of prices, plus an updated Contract once payment has been secured.

• Are credit card payments accepted online?

Yes, credit cards are accepted, plus online banking transfer and checks.

• How do I book my reservation?

Visit the Rates & Availability Page, where you can view availability of our Condo. There is also a submit form there for you.

• Is the Condo wheelchair friendly?

Yes - there are elevators to the third floor, where our Condo is situated.

• Is there sufficient parking?

Yes - there is plenty of parking all around the Condos at Windsor Hills Resort
